Who can use Syra
You may use Syra only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate signup information and keep it updated.
- You must notify us promptly at syra.console@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permitted and prohibited use
- You may use Syra for lawful analysis, planning, and decision support.
- You must not misuse the service (abuse, scraping attacks, security testing without permission, or illegal activities).
- You must not attempt to disrupt service integrity, authentication, or other users’ access.
Important product disclaimer
Syra uses AI systems to generate outputs from your inputs. Outputs are decision-support content and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Your content, outputs, and rights
- You retain rights to content you submit, subject to rights needed to operate Syra.

- You grant Syra a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.
- We may use aggregated and anonymized usage and output patterns to improve reliability, safety, and quality of the service.
- You represent that you have rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Rate limits and enforcement
To protect service stability and security, we may throttle, rate limit, block, or restrict access to any account, IP, session, or request pattern we reasonably believe is abusive, automated misuse, fraudulent, or harmful.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, security, or product direction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Events outside our control
Syra is not liable for delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud or infrastructure failures, third-party API/model outages, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, or power failures.
Suspension, termination, and consequences
- You may stop using Syra at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, abuse is detected, or required by law.
- On termination, your right to use Syra ends immediately.
- We may delete or deactivate account data according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
- Clauses that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms) continue to apply.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Your indemnification obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Syra from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Syra after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Complete agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Syra regarding your use of the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on this subject.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
